Core Return & Refund Rules


All products sold on buckedupusmall.com support free return within 60 days counted from the day you receive your parcel. All return shipping costs are borne by our store, customers do not need to pay any return delivery fees. This policy covers all regular goods in our store with no category restrictions.

Return Eligibility Conditions


To qualify for full refund processing, returned items must meet the following standards:

  1. Products remain unused, unopened and keep intact original factory packaging, with complete labels, accessories and packing components attached.
  2. Goods have no artificial damage, pollution or storage deterioration caused by improper customer preservation.
  3. Return application is submitted within the valid 60-day return window after delivery.

    Products with obvious man-made damage, opened consumed supplements or missing original packaging cannot be approved for full refund.

Step-by-Step Return Application Process


  1. Send a return request email to support@buckedupusmall.com, attach your order number, purchase date and clear return reason.
  2. Our customer service team will review your application within 24 hours and send a free prepaid return shipping label to your mailbox.
  3. Securely pack the goods and drop off the parcel following the carrier guide attached to the label.
  4. After we receive and inspect returned items, refund procedures will be launched immediately.

Refund Arrival Timeline


Once returned goods pass warehouse inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment channel within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time may be slightly delayed due to bank payment channel settlement rules, which is beyond our store’s control.

Refund Method Description


All approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method you used to complete checkout. We do not offer cash refund, offline transfer or store credit conversion by default; you may consult customer service for credit exchange scheme if needed.

Partial Refund Special Statement


If you only need to return partial items from one order, we support partial refund applications following the same 60-day free return rules. Only the value of returned qualified goods will be refunded accordingly.
