We provide standard global shipping service for every product in our store, and all shipping expenses are fully covered by buckedupusmall.com, meaning zero delivery fees for all customers with no minimum order value required. No expedited shipping service is available for the time being.
Order Processing Timeline
Once your payment is fully confirmed, our warehouse team will process and pack your goods within 1 to 3 business days. Processing excludes non-business days. If inventory adjustment leads to slight processing delay, our customer service team will send notification emails to your registered mailbox promptly.
Estimated Delivery Time
After warehouse dispatch, all parcels will arrive within 6 to 12 business days uniformly for all global regions. The delivery cycle applies equally to domestic US orders and international cross-border orders, with no separate delivery speed distinction. Delivery delays may occur occasionally due to carrier transit schedule adjustment or local logistics sorting, which falls outside our controllable range.
Shipment Tracking Notice
Once your package departs our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your order email automatically. You can check real-time transit status through the link at any time. If tracking information fails to update for more than 5 days, please contact support@buckedupusmall.com with your order number for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Parcel Support
If your parcel shows delivered but you fail to receive the package, or goods arrive with obvious damage caused by transit logistics, please submit your order number, tracking screenshot and product damage photos to our support mailbox within 7 days after delivery record. Our team will verify and provide corresponding solutions according to actual conditions.
Shipping Exclusion Reminder
We reserve the right to suspend shipping service to individual regions due to logistics channel restrictions, and will mark unavailable shipping areas clearly on the checkout page before payment.
