Purchase Agreement Confirmation


When you complete payment and successfully submit an order on buckedupusmall.com, you reach a binding purchase agreement with our e-commerce platform, which means you fully read, understand and accept all rules listed in these Terms of Purchase. All shopping behaviors on the website shall comply with the content of this agreement.

Product & Price Statement

  2. All commodity prices shown on website are settled in USD, including permanent deep discount pricing for Summer Sale and daily low-price activities. Our store provides permanent global free shipping without additional delivery surcharge.
  3. We reserve the right to adjust product selling price and promotional discount rules without prior notice, the price displayed at checkout page is the final transaction amount of your order.

Order & Payment Rules


  1. You promise to submit real and valid recipient shipping information when placing orders, including complete name, address and contact method. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by false or incomplete address provided by customers.
  2. All orders take effect only after full payment confirmation; unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after system time limit, and inventory occupation will be released.

Receipt & Product Inspection Obligation


After receiving your parcel, you need to inspect product integrity within 7 days of delivery record generation. If goods are damaged, missing or inconsistent with order list, you must submit photos and tracking proof to support@buckedupusmall.com within the time limit to apply for return support. Failure to report within the inspection window will be deemed automatic confirmation of intact qualified goods.

Return & Refund Binding Terms


We provide a 60-day free return service for all orders following the rules stated in independent Refund Policy page. Return applications submitted beyond 60 days after delivery will not be approved for full refund. Refunds will be returned to original payment channel within 5-10 business days after warehouse inspection of returned goods.

Order Cancellation Regulation


You can apply to cancel unpaid orders at any time. For fully paid orders waiting for warehouse processing, cancellation request can be submitted before goods dispatch. Once parcels depart warehouse, order cancellation is no longer available, you need to complete return procedure after receiving the package instead.

Liability Limitation


buckedupusmall.com shall not be liable for indirect loss including fitness training plan delay, work schedule interruption caused by delayed delivery, except for the product value of your purchased order.
